Every project begins with a conversation and walkthrough of the space. We want to understand your needs, limitations and what excites you about your project. During this walkthrough we will identify areas of concern, potential issues, and discuss timelines, budgets and scope.

Once we have clarified and confirmed all of your needs and wants for the space, we will send a detailed proposal outlining a project plan and budget. This process typically starts with a Design and Construction Doc fee which kicks off our design process. We will offer budget ranges and feedback for the construction phase, but hard pricing isn’t given until we make our Construction Docs.

With scope and timeline determined, we will schedule a design meeting to get into the nitty gritty of why we are there to do the project and how you need the finished space to function and feel. We will also capture 3D models of the space, coordinate surveys as needed and work with any local government groups to prevent any major pitfalls. From there, we will begin working through layouts and elevations of each space as well as selecting finish materials to help you really visualize the finished product. Once we have determined the layout of the space and the scope of work, we will begin work on a construction set of plans and helping you pick all the finishes and fixtures required to complete the project.

Now the fun begins and the hammers start swinging! At this stage, we bring your project to life. Regular communication and check-ins are scheduled to keep you up to speed on your new space.
